| Shipping Policies for orders placed through the Kimberly Shaw Graphics Store. We use UPS, FedEx Ground, FedEx Air (with additional fees) and Priority Mail through the U.S. Postal service. We have a great working reputation with these carriers getting our product safely and efficiently to your door. All of the carriers listed above are able to transport your order from our location in Southern California as far as to the East Coast in up to 7-8 days. This is shipping time after your order leaves our facility counting business days (M-F) only. Your order is usually processed within 2 days of receipt. Please expect an minimum wait time of 7-8 business days to an East Coast location. If weather is a factor, it can add several days to this. Closer states may be less than this time. If you have a special event that you absolutely must your product for, please call us at 800. 489.6839 M-F from 9am to 5pm PST. We can expedite your order and use a faster shipping method if necessary to time the arrival for your event. There are additional charges that apply to both of these. We will do our absolute best to get packages out to you in a timely manner. Damages and Returns: If you receive a box from us with any damaged items (and it is very rare!) please notify us within 48 hours upon opening. We will be happy to replace any damaged items right away. We have an arrangement with our freight carriers that they will reimburse us when they damage items we ship. Keep the product and the packaging that it was shipped in for them to inspect or return to us if requested. If you received items that you did not order for some reason on our part. We will pay for return freight or postage for you to send it back to us. Sometimes our customers open their box and see that the items were not what they had expected, or their box may arrive after the event they had ordered for.
