Mango tea is one of the most amazingly versatile teas - because it is just as wonderful hot as it is iced. The mango, a prized fruit, has a natural sweet quality that is unlike other fruits. Add a bit of sugar to a cup of this tea and let the taste of the mango really develop. Make a cup or pitcher and only add half the normal amount of water you would use, and after about 5 minutes of steeping, add the rest of the cold water and some ice for an amazing iced tea.
